Why are no prices displayed for the products?

This can have two reasons:

You have not logged in yet and therefore do not see any prices. Simply log in with your username and password. After login you will see the prices of our products again as usual and you can put them in the shopping cart.

These are products that are not suitable for online sales. You can always ask us for these products and we will submit a written quotation to you.

What are the shipping methods?

Items are shipped either with UPS or Express UPS.

• Standard shipping time with UPS: 2 - 3 business days
• Standard delivery time with Express UPS: Delivery by 10:30 a.m. on the next business day

Orders placed before 2 p.m. are usually picked and shipped on the same business day (Mon.-Thurs.). Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day (Mon.- Fri.). On Fridays, orders placed before 1 pm can be processed.

Shipment tracking

Shipment tracking is not available at the moment. This option is currently under construction.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

All invoices are stored in your customer account. All you have to do is click on the order you want and you will find the invoice in PDF format under the order details.

Is my data secure?

The security of your data is our top priority. We try to make your shopping experience as pleasant and worry-free as possible. For us, this also means that your data is secure at all times.

To place your orders conveniently online, you only need to register with our online store. Please use the registration form for this purpose. Based on the data you provide, we will check whether you have already been created as a customer in our ERP system. If you are not yet a customer, it may take some time to process your registration. We therefore ask you for a little patience. As soon as we have set up your customer account, we will inform you by e-mail about the activation.


To log in to our online store, simply enter your email address and password at the top of the web page. Alternatively, you can also register on our login page. Your username is always the email address you provided.

You can change your password at any time in your user account of the online store. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot password" function.

By using this access data, you accept our General Terms and Conditions, which you can also view in our online store. If you wish to unsubscribe, please send us a short e-mail with the request to delete your account. It is mandatory that the e-mail is sent from the e-mail address stored in the online store.


As an online store customer, you have access to the same attractive prices and conditions that we offer you via the conventional sales channel. The prices shown here in the online store include the agreed discounts and exclude the statutory value added tax. Please note, discounts or graduated prices are not explicitly shown. If you have any questions regarding your prices, please contact your account manager.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is 30,- EUR plus VAT. If the value falls below this, an order is not possible.
